World Championships Qualifying Spots

Swim Start from Elevated Perch and Yachts in BackgroundThe TTF will host the Provincial Championships and a National Qualifying Event this year.

Three World Championships qualifying spots will be up for grabs.

These coveted spots – 3 of them per age group, per gender, per race – will be available for those interested in representing Canada at the 2016 World Championships Grand Final on the global stage in Mexico.

If you are interested in qualifying for a World Championships Qualifying Spot, you must be a FULL member of your respective Provincial Triathlon Association. For clarity, the Triathlon Ontario One Day Race License Fee is not considered a full membership. For more information, please email: agegroupteams@triathloncanada.com

PLEASE NOTE: We have been asked by Triathlon Canada to notify all athletes intending on qualifying for the ITU 2016 World Sprint Triathlon that the 2016 edition will be draft LEGAL. For clarity, the 2015 qualifying event, held as part of the 2015 TTF, will remain as is, draft-ILLEGAL.
