Virtual TTF Race Distances

The Olympic virtual triathlon comprises a 1.5 km swim, a 40.0 km bike, and a 10.0 km run

The Olympic virtual duathlon comprises a 10.0 km run, a 40.0 km bike, and a 5.0 km run
-
Age restrictions for the Olympic virtual races (as prescribed by Triathlon Ontario) are 18 or older
-
The Sprint virtual triathlon comprises a 750 m swim, a 20.0 km bike, and a 5.0 km run
-
The Sprint virtual duathlon comprises a 5.0 km run, a 20.0 km bike, and a 2.5 km run
-
Age restrictions for the Sprint virtual races (as prescribed by Triathlon Ontario) are 16 or older

The Try-A-Tri virtual triathlon comprises a 250 m swim, a 6.0 km bike and a 1.5 km run

The Try-A-Tri virtual duathlon comprises a 1.5 km run, a 6.0 km bike and a 750 m run

Age restrictions for the Try-A-Tri virtual races (as prescribed by Triathlon Ontario) are 14 or older
