We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, March 15.

All attendees will participate in a swim session (in the pool), a spinning rotation (in the studio) and a running talk (presentation).
After these three rotations, attendees will then hear from the TTF about what we’re doing this year to help you ease into the sport. As well, there will be a Triathlon 101 aspect to this session, where there will be a Q&A.
We will have coffee, fruit and snacks for attendees.
