  • 10:00am - Expo Begins (Bandshell Park)

  • 10:00am - Race Packet Pick Up Begins (Bandshell Park)

  • 11:00 to 11:20am - In Person Q&A / Race Briefing Session (Bandshell Park), (1 of 3)

  • 11:30am - Swim Course Familiarization Begins; Location: Lake Ontario's West Channel @ Bailey Bridge, Just South of Bandshell Park; Participation Only Possible with TTF Wristband (Provided During Race Packet Pick Up)

  • 12:30 to 12:50pm - In Person Q&A / Race Briefing Session (Bandshell Park), (2 of 3)

  • 1:30pm - Swim Course Familiarization Ends

  • 2:00pm - SUPERTRI PRO RACE (WOMEN) BEGINS

  • 3:00pm - SUPERTRI PRO RACE (MEN) BEGINS

  • 5:00 to 5:20pm - In Person Race Briefing / Q&A Session (Bandshell Park), (3 of 3)

  • 5:00pm - Expo Closes

SUNDAY, JULY 27, 2025

  • 6:00am - Transition Opens for Olympic Distance Race (Bandshell Park)

  • 7:00am - 10KTO RACE BEGINS

  • 7:00am - Transition Closes for Olympic Distance Race

  • 7:15am - TTF OLYMPIC DISTANCE RACE BEGINS

  • 7:45am - Transition Opens for Sprint Distance Race (Bandshell Park)

  • 8:00am - Finish Line Festival Begins

  • 8:30am - Transition Closes for Sprint Distance Race

  • 9:00am - TRIATHLON ONTARIO CUP SERIES RACE BEGINS

  • 9:02am - TTF SPRINT DISTANCE RACE BEGINS

  • 10:45am - Olympic Distance Race Awards Ceremony

  • 11:15am - Sprint Distance Race Awards Ceremony

** PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY **

  • There is no Expo on Friday, July 25 – just Race Packet Pickup!

  • There is no bike drop off on Saturday, July 26!

  • Race Packet Pickup at Exhibition Place only possible with Photo ID.

  • TTF athlete participation shirts will be available for pick up during the TTF Expo.
